Lauren graduated from Eastern Washington University with her Masters in Communication Disorders. She currently works with an expansive pediatric caseload with a focus on expressive and receptive communication disorders. She is NMES (neuromuscular electrical stimulation) The Guardian Way certified and is a specialist in feeding and swallowing disorders. 


In her spare time, she likes to exercise, spend time outdoors with friends, and bake at home.

Tara received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico her Masters in Speech Language Pathology from Washington State University.  


After growing up in Northern California, she moved to Spokane to experience its beautiful four seasons and active lifestyle.  Tara has spent over 10 years as a caregiver and behavior therapist for children ages 2-20 with special needs.  In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, snowboarding, and hiking.

She has a passion for working with all ages and has special interest in the area of early intervention for children birth to three. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, exercising, camping, and spending time with friends.

Erin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University. She is currently pursing her Master's in Special Education focusing on behavior analysis from Gonzaga University. She is passionate about helping all children and families reach milestones and goals. In her spare time she loves to spend time outdoors running, biking, hiking and skiing.

Melissa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University in 2006. She has worked in both private practice as well as the schools. Melissa is passionate about treating children with developmental disabilities of all ages. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, colunteering and spending time with her husband and two children.
