Lauren graduated from Eastern Washington University with her Masters in Communication Disorders. She currently works with an expansive pediatric caseload with a focus on expressive and receptive communication disorders. She is NMES (neuromuscular electrical stimulation) The Guardian Way certified and is a specialist in feeding and swallowing disorders. 


In her spare time, she likes to exercise, spend time outdoors with friends, and bake at home.

Speech Language Pathologist

Alicia graduated from Washington State University with her Masters in Communication Disorders. In addition to working at Empire Pediatric Therapy, she also works in the school setting for part of the year. Alicia has a special interest in literacy and childhood apraxia of speech (CAS.) When she's not working, she enjoys time with her husband and daughters. On the weekends, they can be found riding their horses on trails and in the arena.

Erin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University. She is currently pursing her Master's in Special Education focusing on behavior analysis from Gonzaga University. She is passionate about helping all children and families reach milestones and goals. In her spare time she loves to spend time outdoors running, biking, hiking and skiing.
